These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoalCoins website (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. GoalCoins is currently in development — there is no checkout or account system live on the Site yet, and several sections below describe how things would work once it launches.
1. Who we are
GoalCoins is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by EA, Electronic Arts, or EA Sports FC™. All game names, logos, and trademarks referenced on this Site belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence, and to hold a valid payment method in your own name, to place an order with us.
3. Orders, pricing & delivery
- Prices for in-game currency would be set by us and may change at any time to reflect market conditions.
- We'd aim to deliver orders promptly, typically within minutes, but delivery times would not be guaranteed and may vary based on order volume, platform, or in-game trade restrictions.
- We'd reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
4. Refunds
Refunds are covered in full in our separate Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: if an order does not deliver, you'd be entitled to a full refund or a replacement order, at your choice, once the issue is confirmed.
5. Prohibited uses
- Using the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to violate any third party's rights.
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
- Using stolen payment methods or providing false information when placing an order.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's design, text, and branding belong to GoalCoins unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoalCoins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our service, including any action taken against your game account by a third-party publisher.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Country / State — to be finalized], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
